Three types of blinds, one for house dining, one for outdoor pergola, and one for office 'store front' windows. Excellent job on All THREE. We would certainly use Grace Allen Blinds again.

We recently moved into our new home and had to start from ground up on window treatments. Our home has A LOT of large windows! As the owner of a brand new home I needed expert advice on my window treatment options. I'm pleased with the advice and assistance I received from Grace Allen Blinds. In the end I ordered wood shutters, two different kinds of blinds, panels for the master and dining room, drapes for a guest bedroom and three different roman shades. Grace Allen Blinds was able to accommodate it all with expert advice and as well as assistance with fabric and color selection. They knew I was concerned about street view and as one of my selections neared construction a problem surfaced with backing color and they called me. We were able to modify my choice and order to my satisfaction. One item was delivered to them for installation and they did not think it was up to par in terms of quality. They sent it back to the manufacturer for a redo and it was received in time for installation. Their handling of both these issues demonstrates their commitment to stayed involved in all aspects of the project from selection, to measurement, to construction, and finally to installation. I am enjoying the window treatments.....they have enhanced the beauty of my new home. I appreciate Grace Allen Blinds so much!

I had a vague idea about what I wanted in my office and bedroom. Heather listened to me and then brought various fabric and trim samples to me over a period of 2 weeks. I wanted a certain color in my bedroom which was not readily available and she went above and beyond to find the perfect color of drapery fabric for me. She helped me select the perfect rods and tie backs - there are so many choices but she made it seem easy. My project is completed and I absolutely LOVE my drapes! They are perfect in every way.
