Meet the Owner

I’m Heather Langhofer, owner of Grace Allen Design.

When I started this company I had only one daughter. Grace is her middle name, and Allen is my husband’s middle name. It was (and still is) a great company name because it is a reminder of what inspires me every day — my family.

And so a little about my journey…

Background

I’m an OSU graduate with a degree in design, housing and merchandising, and I’ve spent my career in home interiors. Beginning in 2003 I began working exclusively with shutters, blinds & shades in my family’s business, Kirtz Shutters. This experience taught me that working with homeowners to identify and select the perfect window treatments for their needs is a process I LOVE.

After repeated requests for homeowners to help them with drapery, I started Grace Allen. Providing quality products combined with clear communication, from design to installation, has been my goal.

What started as a home based business in 2014 has steadily grown to encompass a team of skilled artisans and industry partners that align with our team to create beautiful treatments for your home.

Meet our Project Consultant

Drew Langhofer

Drew joined Grace Allen with an 8 year history in the window treatment business. His primary focus is blind and shade projects, including window treatment automation.
