This space was all about calming neutrals. The fabric used in these drapery panels was a very loose weave, and would typically be considered a sheer. As a result, even when lined for privacy, they show plenty of texture. The center section of transoms were left uncovered as the ceiling beam placement made a drapery rod above the transoms a less than ideal choice and the client preferred the natural light.
The finished installation gave the client the privacy needed, with the open feel she loved about her master bedroom windows.
